Anyway, welcome to my blog. First, I am not a writer. I suck in grammar but who cares? Reading my works silently is as worst as my grammar.If in case, you better read my posts out loud. But who knows? I can be an author of a book someday and they will make a film about this blog.
Second, this blog is about my passion (not the passion you are thinking of). It's all about "few of my favorite things". Don't worry, I will try my best not to be a narcissist. If ever I will be one, you have the authority to slap me in the face...if you can.
Third, this is also a food blog but not similar to the blogs about "What Food I Ate.." or "Where did I pigged out?" or "How to cook Chicken Curry" sort of things with matching Instagram-ish picture. This is more about how I learned to eat food and cook food. I have challenged myself to learn how to cook. "Give us this day our daily bread" includes, "Hey buddy, learn how to cook your own food!".
Fourth, this is also my faith Journal. I am a Christian and a believer but not exclusive to it. I strongly believe that other faith groups have a lot of things to contribute in my spiritual journey. I am a seeker of truth. I would like to see myself as one of the three wise men who searched for the baby in Bethlehem. You can find this "heretic" but I don't care. Faith will always be something between me and my God. And in the end, I would like to be the man God made me to be.. a man created in his own image and likeness.
